EB2 - 140 at NSC moved by 5-6 days only and shows date of July 19.2006. Mine is July 27 2006. Don't know how many months more to move to July 27, 2006.

Sorry, if this is already discussed mutiple times. I was not able to find any Info.
My Wife needs to travel to India urgently. She is currently on F1 Visa and has EAD and Advance Parole.
While Coming back is it required to use AP or can she come back on F1. Please help me with some info or pointers to exisitng threads discussing this are greatly appreciated

The RFE as per my employer is about Vendor/Client Details and a latest paystub from the current job. Since I started working already and was getting paid, my employer generated a paystub and supplied the same.

if my wife is already in US on H4 do i need to file a I-134 ,I-864 too ??
Also do i need to add my tax return, my I20 and my paystubs with application. She just came into country so she does not have any tax rerurn of her own nor any I20 or any paystubs of her own.. Please suggest.

The tax returns, W2s, paystubs etc should be yours, not hers, since she is filing as a dependent. I'm not sure if you need to attach your I-20. I'm not sure if you need to file an I-134 but my attorney recommended me to file an I-864 although I-485 instructions are not clear on whether its inclusion is necessary or not. But I would say why not file it just to be safe.

I have approved I140 notice ... i dont see A# can you pls help me find that number in approval notice (797)
As per my Immigration attorney, USCIS some times assigns A# at the time of I-140 approval and some times NOT.
So I won't worry about it if it is not on I-140

First they need to cope with the scores of petetions, USCIS and FBI.
For how long will they work overtime to resolve this mess? such bouts as the one we saw in the last two weeks of june are short and few. If they are smart they will flush out the approvable cases early without going thru the EAD cycles year after year.
This is exactly opposite to what they have been doing. If there were 60k approvable cases, i wonder what they were doing all this time. Approving those cases earlier wud have allowed others to get in the system earlier.
Additional VISA numbers may not help anybody, if they don't use them properly
Hopefully things will get better from now onwards?? ;) Maybe the july VB being current was a sign that things in the future will be bright. We can just hope, be positive and support IV in its efforts. :)
Now that IV is 22K members strong. Just imagine how much of a difference we all can make. :) Great journey within 2 years.

Is there any provision in the current bill to allow concurrent filing and have EAD even if the PD is not current? That can stop us from being exploited by some bad employers out there.

I am currently working for an employer A full time on H-1 B. I-140 Approved (> 180days) and 485 pending (July 2nd filer). I have my EAD. My H-1 is being extended and I have not received my approval notice yet.

2) Should I let USCIS know that I am changing my employment?
>> You better do inform the USCIS of your intentions (including AC21) if you want to keep the H1 visa status active. Because if you had registered all your cases (present or old past receipt notices too) at USCIS website, you would have noticed that there are recent LUDs on the first H1/? that you entered the US. Had you known this you would not have asked this question ;-)
>> However if you go down the EAD route you may inform USCIS at a later date because they do not track how or where you use the EAD - but certain employers inform voluntarily and they would not share this with an employer. (Also remember that when you use EAD : presently it means loosing H1 permanently unless you have some time left from the 6 year limit),
3) I have a job code that I used on LC. Should I maintain the same job code for H-1 transfer as well?

We all can expect and keep expecting ;-) My PD is Nov 2004 (EB2 NIW), RD for 485 is Aug 2005. Who knows, you could be luckier and FBI likes your name... They seemed to be not liking mine though.

i think they are going to do it every quarter. i am thinking that the results in the aug 2009 file were third quarter FY 2009 data. so i am thinking that the data as of sept 2009 will be out in Nov. any other predictions?
